1) gptjoin.com
Not paying anymore - Withdrawals denied ??
2) Payingcash.net which touted itself as a no minimum payout PTR site did not pay me. I requested my withdrawal some months ago but they never pay me. Bad! I already make complaints to GPTBoycott.
3) cash-emails.com which advertise itself as a no minimum site but never pays. I have a few cents in my account but i could not withdraw (no such feature at the website and when i contacted them, there was no reply).
4) 5centminimum.com - grossly behind payments.
5) leapcash.com - As you know, both 5centminimum and leapcash.com are owned by the same person who has stopped paying.
6) classical-mail.com - my $0.50 payment which i requested in September not paid until now!

- Now, this site has nothing - no links or emails to click or read.
- Site has $4 minimum withdrawal but my balance is below and looks like i will never withdraw my balance which is $2. Really Sucks Bigtime !

- A Supposedly no-minimum PTC website but stop accepting traffic from my country
- My account has accumulated more than 10cents in balance
- I cant even access or login to that site

- My account has accumulated more than 40cents in balance. Payout is 50 cents! Coincidence? Scam!
- When i go to that site, it says Traffic not accepted

fishing4mails.com
- Account deleted after only 1 day for no reason at all?
- Also their stats looks fake. Claims to pay out more than 16,000 to 1900 members???

Administrative Message #63 - 02/14/07-Sites we will not accept advertising for
Sorry for the interruption, but it has come to our attention that two PO's who previously owned programs which closed without paying their members are now back, and trying to launch new programs. The PO's and programs in question are:
Mike Burns - Planet-PTR.com, and
Chris Cool - RockinRobinsPTR.com.

We will not accept advertising for either of these two sites, nor any sites these PO's might open in the future until such time as they are able to prove they have paid of their entire memberbases from their now defunct programs. These programs/owners have been added to our "runner PO" list in our forum, which can be seen here:
