It is wise and best not to waste time on some programs which has high payout requirements.

Many and most programs has a minimum of $5 in your account before you can get paid.

But, in most cases, it is hard to reach that amount as the following may happen :-
1) Got deleted due to inactivity or failed a cheat test. Some PTCs have tests and if you click wrongly, there goes your account.
2) Your account got deleted for some unknown reason. It may be your fault or it may not and as my experience shows, you may never find out why your account get deleted.
3) The PTC/PTR close shop or maybe stop paying or have difficulty getting e-gold to pay you.

I have pending withdrawals at these 2 PTS.
I heard these two sites is owned by the same person. They used to pay but not since Oct 2006.
I have 3 payments paid by Leapcash and 4 payments paid by 5centminimum. But they have not paid my requests since Oct 2006.

Many PTR/PTC sites have payout of $5 or above which is hard to achieve for a normal clicker/surfer. Especially if that PTR/PTC have few ads for you to read/click.
